Holly will reach out via email with some questionnaires and schedule to setup sessions as soon as possible. Get ready to start!
Is there a refund policy?
No, the program fee is non-refundable for any reason. By committing to this process, you are committing to follow the program in order to see results. If you see that the program is not working as you desire, communicate feedback to Holly to better address desired goals.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please be on time to all appointments. Only one rescheduled appointment will be allowed. If you will miss an appointment, notify Holly at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed without 24 hours’ notice will only be rescheduled at Holly’s discretion. Holly may offer written materials or other content as a substitute for the missed appointment, but the replacement offering will likely not be the same service for which you initially registered.
Is there an expiration date on sessions?
Yes, a program with pre-paid sessions need to start within 6 months of signing up and completed within 6 months or however long the program is. If it is a monthly payment plan sessions will only be offered during the month the charge is incurred. After signing up for a program it is best to work with Holly to schedule sessions as soon as possible.
Can monthly subscriptions be cancelled at anytime?
All sessions are pre-paid. If you sign up for the monthly subscription plan and want to cancel you may do so at anytime and all sessions that have been paid for will be honored during the month of the charge.
